Positively stoked by the epic adventures of our friends in the remote Suru Valley in Ladakh, we went to the drawing boards to create a pad that would be honouring their grit and valour, and help them send their highball projects.

Suru is designed to absorb and dissipate the force smoothly from the most notorious highball falls. The foam is superior, and the materials have been thoughtfully chosen and are more durable and lighter than our Yosemite/ Badami versions, which are the current gold standard!

The kicker is the 3 panel detachable system that allows an additional panel to be linked to the main Suru Pad (2 panels), and function as one single large pad with 3 panels. This feature makes highballing outdoors feel as safe as an indoor gym session. The flaps on each pad could be used to connect two pads by securing to the extendable shoulder straps of the opposite pad, to form a tight and secure joint.

The creative design of the interconnecting flaps forms a Marsupial pouch when the crash pad is folded up, which can also be used to carry shoes and gear. The system also allows you to carry an additional crashpad strapped inside the flap!

Description

Hook and loop fastener flaps allow an additional panel to be connected to our standard Suru pad, making it a three-panel pad.
We only use best quality foams having density of 35 kg/cbm approximately, that makes our pads firm and long lasting. Pad size: 195 x 100 cm (78 x 40 inches), Thickness 13 cm/ 5.2 inches
Shoulder straps have load lifters to releive the weight off shoulders. Thick padding on shoulder straps and extra wide waist belt makes it super comfy to carry heavier loads for prolonged hours.
Features a very useful marsupial pouch.
Triple density foam cushioning – top layer of closed celled PE foam to spread the weight evenly, middle layer of open celled PU foam for absorbing the force generated upon impact and a thin bottom layer of PE foam.
