- Underfoot/instep straps: A strong cord passes under the shoe that is replaceable after it wears off
- Wear Resistant: The gaiters are crafted from premium-quality polyester fabric that offers both waterproof and windproof protection.
- High Rise Gaiter: The high rise cut of these gaiters keep the lower legs warm by providing an extra layer of insulation thereby preventing frostbites.
- Replaceable Instep cord/underfoot cord: A hard underfoot cord helps secure the gaiter tightly under the shoe. The cords are easily replaceable in casde they wear out after extended use.

An alpinist’s best friend, Polar ice screw features an integrated crank and concave cut teeth for ease of placement in ice. The tube features a tapered profile for a smooth passage of the screw in ice. Polar ice screw is made from heat treated and hardened Chromoly alloy to achieve the desired mechanical properties.
